📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship everywhere?

A: Yes — we ship across India. Mars shipping… coming soon.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: We ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–6 working days depending on your pin code.

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Yep — on prepaid orders. COD is available too (+₹99 fee).

🔁 Returns & Replacements

Q: Can I return my order?

A: Only if it’s damaged or wrong — and you tell us within 24 hours of delivery.

Q: What do I need for a return?

A: An opening video is a must. No proof = no replacement. The product must be unused and in original packaging.

Q: I ordered the wrong model. Can I exchange?

A: Sorry bestie, no. We don’t offer returns or exchanges for wrong model or change-of-mind.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets — and COD (+₹99).
