REPLACEMENT & WARRANTY POLICY
I HAVE RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM/WRONG PRODUCT IN MY ORDER, HOW SHOULD I PROCEED?
Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request a replacement. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent the wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your replacement within 4 hours of receiving the order:
Step 1: Contact our team within 4 hours of receiving the order. The window for this will open when our delivery partners mark the orders “delivered”. Delayed queries will not be encouraged on account of the package being opened late.
Step 2: Replacement can be done only if the customer receives an incorrect order delivered, manufacturing defect, or damage during transit. However, supportive evidence should be provided like the UNPACKING video, and defective product photos/videos on +91-6374536262 with your order details, and our team will analyze the evidence and provide a response.
Step 3: The products should be shipped by the customer within 4-5 business days and the shipping charges incurred by the customer will be reimbursed by us. If the returned products are received in the appropriate aforementioned conditions, replacement, as requested, will be initiated.

⁃ Any product purchased from our website is NON-REFUNDABLE AND RETURNABLE.
⁃ If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement may not be available, we will suggest you select a product from the same category for which options will be shared by our team.
