    •    All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours

    •    Delivery usually takes 3–6 working days, depending on your pin code

    •    📦 Prepaid Orders = Free shipping + 5% off on order value

    •    💸 COD Available — with an additional charge of ₹99

 

🔁 RETURN / REPLACEMENT POLICY

We only accept return/replacement requests if:

    •    You receive a damaged or wrong item

    •    You raise the request within 24 hours of delivery

    •    You provide a proper opening video showing the issue

    •    The product is unused and in original packaging

We do NOT accept returns/exchanges for:

    •    Incorrect model ordered

    •    Change of mind / design preference

    •    Used or unboxed items

📩 How to Raise a Return Request:

    •    Send us a WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the order

    •    Include your Order ID, Issue, and Opening Video

Once approved, we’ll process your replacement or refund ASAP.
